Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) is a Miami based company, and is best known for the concept of "freestyle" cruising. This means multiple and varied options for on ship dining. The wide variety of restaurants onboard Norwegian cruises differentiates them from most other cruise lines. Other options include different styles for formal or casual dining and activities.
Norwegian Dawn and Norwegian Spirit sail year-round out of New York, and Norwegian cruise lines also operate out of the port of New Orleans. Norwegian sails year round to Hawaii, one of the few cruise lines to do so.
The goal of Norwegian cruise lines is to have more of a resort like experience than the typical cruise activities. Since Norwegian cruise lines was founded in 1966, they have steadily become an industry leader in cruising. Oslo-based Kosters Rederi founded Norwegian Cruise lines from their well trusted and respected company.

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL)
NCL America
Orient Lines
They current sail with nine ships and range from ultra-modern to older (but nicely refurbished), and call on over 200 ports worldwide.
