When should I move from “Beginner Yoga” to Hatha Yoga?

Question by rbw_cynical: When should I move from “Beginner Yoga” to Hatha Yoga?
I’ve taken the “Beginner Yoga” class at my local YMCA twice. Physically it’s very easy, some of the stretches are difficult but I’m not sore afterwards. When do I know that I’m ready to move on to Hatha Yoga?

After about 6 months . I did , and I’m now on the next stage , and feeling great !!!
