However, even though you may exercise and eat well, you could still be subject to some forms of depression. While our bodies do have natural defenses against the symptoms of stress, sometimes those defenses can become overworked, causing mood or depression disorders. The most common areas likely to cause a forms of depression are human relationships, work and finances. Most people will experience all of these at some point throughout their adult life.
